Motorcycle Rental Agreement
Ladakh 365 – Ride with Confidence in the Himalayas
01 Documentation & Eligibility
- Rider must possess a valid Original Driving License (with motorcycle endorsement).
- International tourists must provide a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Minimum age for renting premium bikes (400cc+) is 21 years.
- A security deposit (Refundable) is mandatory for every bike.
02 Vehicle Damage & Liability
- The hirer is fully responsible for any damage to the motorcycle during the rental period.
- In case of damage, cost will be assessed based on Genuine Spare Parts price + Labor.
- Clutch plate burning due to improper riding in sand/water will be charged to the hirer.
- Flat tires and normal wear-and-tear are the rider’s responsibility during the trip.
⚠️ THE “OUTSIDE BIKE” REGULATION:
As per the Ladakh Biker’s Association, motorcycles rented from outside Leh (Manali/Srinagar) are NOT permitted for sightseeing in restricted areas like Nubra, Pangong, and Hanle. Only Leh-registered bikes (like ours) are allowed.
03 Fuel & Maintenance
- Bikes are provided with a minimum level of fuel; they must be returned with the same level.
- We recommend using Speed/Premium Petrol for Himalayan 452 and KTM 390.
- Daily oil levels and chain tension must be checked by the rider.
04 Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations 15 days before the trip: 80% Refund.
- Cancellations 7-14 days before the trip: 50% Refund.
- Less than 7 days or Early Return: No Refund.
